This app is made by one person. Write to tekmyaworkplace@gmail.com and you will get an answer from that person, usually within two or three days.

The easiest way is Contact support in the app's Settings. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and which iPhone and iOS version you have.

How do I sign a document?

On the home screen, choose where the document is: Files, Scan, Photos or Paste. In the editor, tap Sign at the bottom, place your signature, drag it where it belongs and pinch to resize. Add initials, a date or text the same way, then tap Done and export the file.

Can I sign a PDF straight from Mail?

Yes. Open the attachment, tap the Share button and choose Sign with eSign. Sign the document and tap Done — the signed file goes back to Mail, ready to send. If you don't see eSign in the list, scroll to the end of the row of actions, tap Edit Actions and add it.

How do I fill in a form?

If the PDF has fillable fields, eSign highlights them. Tap a field to type, or tap Fill at the top to see every field in one list. Fill in My details in Settings once, and eSign will suggest your name, email, phone and address in matching fields, or fill them all with Autofill from My details.

Is my signature legally valid?

eSign creates a simple electronic signature. It is accepted for many everyday documents — leases, job applications, school and consent forms, invoices — in many countries. It is not suitable where a notary, a qualified electronic signature or a wet-ink signature is required, for example for wills. If you are not sure, ask the person or organisation that sent you the document.

How many documents are free?

3 documents when you start, then 1 free document every calendar month. Free documents have no watermark. A document counts when you start it; exporting it again is free. If you delete a document you haven't exported, it comes back to your allowance in the same month.

My handwritten signature from a photo looks pale or messy

Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen and take the photo in good light. On the result screen, use Adjust area to crop tightly around the signature and the Thin lines and Line weight sliders to clean it up.

How do I move my documents to a new iPhone?

Turn on iCloud sync in Settings on both devices, signed in to the same Apple Account. You can also use Export backup in Settings and open the backup file on the new device.

How do I get my purchases back?

Tap Restore purchases in Settings. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they come back on any device signed in with the same one, at no extra cost.

How do I cancel the subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → eSign → Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
