Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms apply to the iOS game How Well Do You Know Me: Group (the "app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store rules. You may not resell, copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app or its question packs. This licence also includes Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What the app is
A party game for 2 to 6 players in the same room. Each player uses their own iPhone with the app installed. Everyone answers questions about one another and the game reveals who knows whom best. It is entertainment. Results say nothing serious about your relationships.
Free and paid content
- Free: the game itself and the Starter and Wild Cards question packs.
- Question packs: each paid pack is a one-time purchase and stays unlocked for good.
- Every Pack (shown in the app as Forever): a one-time purchase that unlocks every pack available in the app at the moment you buy it. Packs released later are sold separately and are not included.
- Everything, Weekly (shown in the app as One week): an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every pack in the app, including new ones, for as long as it is active.
- Mix mode: a game made of random questions from all packs. It is open while you have Every Pack, an active Everything, Weekly subscription, or every paid pack bought separately.
Only the host needs a pack. Everyone in the room plays the packs unlocked on the host's phone.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
Subscription
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically every week at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.
To get your purchases back on a new phone signed in with the same Apple Account, open Question packs in the app and tap Restore.
Your data
The app has no server and no accounts, and the developer keeps no copy of anything you enter in the game. Game answers are not saved, and settings live only on your phone. A few anonymous game counters and your purchases are known to RevenueCat. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Playing fair
You are responsible for the name you choose and for what you share with the people you play with. Questions are meant to be fun. Skip anything you'd rather not answer.
Availability and changes
The app is provided "as is". Features and question packs may change. Support for older iOS versions may end over time. The game needs devices close to each other with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on. It may not connect on some networks, for example guest Wi-Fi that isolates devices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or any disagreement started by a question in the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
