Stomach vacuum training
The timer stops when I leave the app.
It should keep running — the app plays audio cues in the background. Check that sound is enabled
with the speaker button on the practice screen, and that Tuckt is allowed to play audio in the
background in iOS Settings.
I bought a subscription but premium is not active.
Open the app, go to Profile and tap “Restore purchases”. If it still does not activate, write to
us with the email address used for the purchase.
Reminders do not arrive.
Check that notifications are allowed for Tuckt in iOS Settings, and that the reminder toggle is on
in the app.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling there
stops the renewal; access remains until the end of the paid period.
The stomach vacuum involves breath holding. Avoid it during pregnancy and the early postpartum period, and if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, a hernia or recent abdominal surgery.
